£500 CAD design deposit
A £500 design deposit begins your CAD design. It comes off the total price of your piece.
Design confirmed · 50% to start
We refine the design through several review stages. Once you confirm it, a 50% deposit starts the work.
Balance on collection
Your piece is made, typically within 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity, and the balance is paid on collection.
Made to your design in 2–4 weeks
We aim to deliver bespoke jewellery within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
Bespoke terms
Because there are several design review stages before casting, you have the chance to change direction before work begins. Once the design is confirmed, bespoke pieces cannot be returned.

Loose diamondsYear-one repairs
Broken jewellery is repaired free of charge within the first year. Repairs after that are charged.
