A £500 CAD design deposit begins your bespoke design. It comes off the total price.

Once the design is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to start the work. The remaining balance is paid on collection.

We aim to deliver bespoke jewellery within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. Prices vary by piece and are discussed at your appointment.

There are several design review stages before casting begins, so you can change or stop the design before then if you are not happy with it. Once the design is confirmed, bespoke pieces cannot be returned, and completed bespoke pieces cannot be returned.

If a piece is in stock in one metal colour and you would like another (for example a white gold tennis bracelet in rose gold), we take a deposit and order it in for you, usually within two weeks. Deposit amount [TBC].

We repair broken jewellery free of charge within the first year. Repairs after the first year are charged.

Watches are original and supplied with their warranties.
